At The Beauty Refynery, we dedicate ourselves to providing a serene, stylish retreat where you can relax and focus on your wellness. To ensure every guest receives the highest level of care and attention, we have established the following guidelines. We appreciate your mutual respect for our providers’ time and the schedules of your fellow clients.

Appointment Arrival

We want you to enjoy every moment of your curated experience. Arriving late deprives you of valuable treatment time and disrupts the natural flow of your care. We always aim to complete your full session within the scheduled time. However, if you arrive more than 10 minutes past your appointment start time, we may need to reschedule your visit to ensure we maintain our standard of excellence. In these cases, a cancellation fee will apply.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Our expert team prepares extensively for your visit. Because our providers book out well in advance, last-minute cancellations leave gaps we cannot fill on short notice.

We require a 48-hour notice for any cancellations or schedule changes. If you do not show up for your appointment or cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled time, we will automatically charge a fee to the credit card on file:

Medical and Injectable Appointments:

• 15 minutes: $75
• 30 to 59 minutes: $125
• 60+ minutes: $175

Skin Health and Aesthetic Appointments:

• Skin Consultations: $30
• Any Skin Health Service: $75

If you miss or late-cancel three appointments, we will ask you to prepay in full for any future services at the time of booking. This prepaid amount becomes nonrefundable if you violate the 48-hour policy again. When you schedule an appointment with The Beauty Refynery, you agree to this cancellation and no-show policy.

Refund Policy

We strive to deliver transformative results through advanced medical aesthetics. Because aesthetic outcomes vary significantly from person to person based on individual biology, we cannot guarantee specific results. Therefore, we do not offer refunds on any rendered services. You are responsible for any additional treatments needed to achieve your specific goals.

Retail Products: We do not offer refunds on purchased skincare or wellness products. If you receive a defective product, you may exchange it for the exact same item within 14 days of purchase.

Gift Cards: We do not issue refunds for gift card purchases.

Child Safety and Etiquette

We love children, but our med spa features sensitive medical equipment and serves as a quiet escape for our guests. To ensure the safety of your little ones and maintain a relaxing environment for everyone, we ask that you make childcare arrangements prior to your visit. Children are not permitted in the treatment rooms.

Pet Policy

While we adore animals, we must maintain a sterile and peaceful clinical environment. Please leave your pets at home during your visit to The Beauty Refynery. We gladly welcome ADA-compliant service animals, but we will ask you to remove any other pets from the facility.

Our Philosophy on Aesthetic Treatments

We believe in modern beauty tailored uniquely to you. When it comes to neuromodulators (like Botox®, Dysport®, or Xeomin®) and other injectables, we reject the one-size-fits-all approach.

Rather than dosing strictly by generic area standards, we customize your treatment based on your exact facial anatomy, muscle strength, and aesthetic goals. We charge based on the precise amount of active medication your body needs to achieve optimal results. Our goal is to provide subtle, natural-looking enhancements that allow you to maintain your expressive movement while softening unwanted lines. You will leave looking refreshed, balanced, and authentically you.
